Having spent her entire life surrounded by horses and animals in various care-taking capacities, it is her heartfelt mission to give back to these magnificent creatures as much as they have generously given to her over the years. The benefits of Equine Massage and Bodywork are numerous and impactful, including the ability to increase flexibility, assist in the recovery and healing processes, provide effective pain relief, improve circulation, and prevent injuries. Furthermore, this therapeutic approach helps to reset and calm the nervous system, leading to a state that is calming, relaxing, and soothing, which ultimately fosters a more open and receptive learning frame of mind for the horse. The removal of fluid and toxins is yet another notable benefit, illustrating the extensive advantages not only for the muscular system but also positively impacting the skeletal, digestive, nervous, and every other vital system within the body.
